DELIVERY INFORMATION & PRIVACY

The details you provide us in order to process your order are only stored electronically on our website database, which is password protected and encrypted, and will not be passed onto any other companies, with the exception of the delivery/courier company used to ship your order.

We ask for your telephone number on orders purely to contact you in case something on your order needs questioning or the courier company needs to contact you about your delivery.

Delivery Costs

Small items, such as socks, books, cards and anything we can send as a large letter £1.50

Paint – sent via courier – usually DelSol (APC) £4.95

Regular Parcels – sent via Royal Mail First Class Parcel £3.50

Silver Jewellery – sent via Royal Mail Signed for £2.50

Collection from the Store Free

Where possible we send items the same day that they are ordered, but as with all things sometimes businesses don’t run smoothly and we will always contact you to inform you if an item is out of stock, etc.

Paint, if ordered before 2pm on a weekday, can be sent the same day as ordered and will be delivered on the next working day.

Other items, if ordered before 4.45pm, will be sent first class on the day of ordering.

We are not Amazon and there are only 2 of us but we endeavour to do our very best to get your order to you as quick as humanly possible.

Packaging & the Environment

In an attempt to be environmentally friendly (and let’s be honest – save money – for you and us) we reuse packaging where possible.

We, unfortunately, have to use plastic sometimes such as with the paint as we have to wrap the paint either in a plastic bag, or a type of cling wrap, in case of leakages and then it is surrounded by paper or packing peanuts (which are reused packing) again this is in case the paint leaks so that it won’t leak outside of the box contaminating the other deliveries the courier company has onboard their vans.

Any bubble wrap we use is also recycled by us from previous orders or indeed our lovely customers who provide us with reused bubble wrap too.
